Our goals are to further develop and master the specific qualities of a player to create a winning team and the win league. Team training will focus tactics, strategies and game simulation to foster on field success.

Program Structure

Full Time player: · 10-Month Season · 2-3 training sessions per week from mid-August - May · Approximately 30-35 games (depending on high school) · 2-3 Local Tournaments · Players are expected to commit to an entire season of games and practices. · Players who do not train should not expect to play in games.
Training player only · One or two training sessions per week - your choice · Program does not include League play |
